If your product becomes defective after the 30 day exchange period, we will either send your item out for repair or exchange the item at our discretion. Our customer is responsible for incurring any necessary shipping costs to return the defective item back to us. We will cover any shipping charges to return your new replacement item back to our you at no additional charge. • A return authorization number must be issued by us before any products are accepted for return or exchange. Items without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused.
